911 LONE STAR HOLD THE LINE MOVIE
The flagship series will return with the 118 trying to help save a family in a synopsis that is a lot like the movie Speed. 911 Lone Star is moving to the later timeslot of 9/8c, following new episodes of Season 5 of the parent series.

As of Monday, March 21, the two shows will be on the same night. If you loved having episodes of the first responder dramas back to back, you’ll be happy about FOX’s schedule in March 2022, according to TVLine. Now it’s time to put the shows back together. This was strategic as it would mean great ratings for Monday nights throughout the year. While the flagship series arrived in fall 2021, FOX held the Austin-based spin-off for the midseason. The success of Lone Star led to FOX moving the two shows to separate schedules. It was also a great scheduling decision to keep the two shows in the same franchise on the same night. This was partly due to FOX opting to push the fall season to January because of the pandemic.

The two shows were put on back-to-back during January 2021. There’s a new 911 and 911 Lone Star reunion happening, and there isn’t long to wait for it. When there are multiple shows in a franchise, there’s no doubt we look forward to back-to-back episodes. By Alexandria Ingham 6 months ago Follow Tweet
